Product Description

310S Stainless Steel Plates
310S Stainless Steel Plates are high-temperature resistant austenitic stainless steel plates with a high chromium and nickel content, providing excellent oxidation resistance and strength at elevated temperatures. As a low-carbon version of 310 stainless steel, 310S offers improved weldability and reduced risk of carbide precipitation during welding.
These plates maintain stable performance in continuous service temperatures up to 1000°C and are widely used in high-heat and corrosive environments. Manufactured through advanced rolling processes, our 310S stainless steel plates feature uniform thickness, smooth surface finishes, and reliable mechanical properties.
Available in multiple surface finishes such as No.1, 2B, and polished finishes, and compliant with international standards including ASTM, AISI, and EN, our products ensure consistent quality for global applications.

Applications

Hot rolled stainless steel plates are widely used across multiple industries due to their strength and corrosion resistance:

  • Construction & Infrastructure – structural components, support frames, bridges
  • Machinery Manufacturing – heavy equipment, industrial machinery parts
  • Pressure Vessels & Tanks – storage tanks, boilers, chemical containers
  • Energy & Power Industry – oil & gas equipment, power plant components
  • Shipbuilding & Marine – decks, hull structures, offshore platforms

Advantages

1. High Strength & Durability
Hot rolling enhances the mechanical properties, making the plates suitable for heavy-duty and load-bearing applications.
2. Excellent Corrosion Resistance
With grades like 304 and 316L, the plates perform well in corrosive and high-humidity environments.
3. Cost-Effective Solution
Compared to cold rolled sheets, hot rolled plates offer a more economical option for thick and structural uses.
4. Wide Thickness Range
Available in medium to heavy thicknesses, meeting diverse industrial requirements.
5. Good Workability
Suitable for further processing such as cutting, welding, and machining.
